Friendly and helpful reception staff.
The room smelled horrible and had visible mold. Check-in took an unacceptable two hours, worsening our first impression. The amenities broke down repeatedly, leaving us without hot water and a functional TV. I regret choosing this hotel based on misleading information.

absolutely charming location, but be prepared for a wake-up call. the staff shrugged off my request to remove a baby bed as there’s no space, even though I don't have a baby! and the breakfast options? don’t expect any variety. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade, but alas, clearly not here.

Just a balanced option for a walk in the evening in Prague with fantastic value for money. The staff was pleasant and helpful, making check-in easy. Bring earplugs for a better night's sleep due to street noise.

The hotel's charming historical decor made me feel like royalty every time I strolled through the lobby. With wide hallways and basic accessibility features, it was a breeze to navigate for us seniors, delightfully comforting!
More comfortable seating in common areas would be lovely.
